1. Order Processing Time

We complete order verification, merchandise inspection and sealed packaging within 1 to 3 business days upon successful payment and order confirmation.
Order processing will be suspended on Hong Kong public holidays.
During large-scale promotions and order surges, order preparation may be slightly delayed. We will send email notifications to customers in the event of significant delivery delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, dimensions and delivery destination. The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
All apparel orders are shipped via standard international shipping. The estimated delivery timeframe is 15 business days, subject to actual logistics conditions.
The stated delivery time is for reference only. Actual arrival may be affected by logistics carrier disruptions, cross-border customs inspections, extreme weather, regional transport restrictions and official holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once our warehouse hands parcels over to authorized logistics partners, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and tracking entry links.
Due to cross-system data synchronization delays, tracking information will become available for query within 24–72 hours after dispatch. If tracking information fails to load normally, please reach out to our support team for manual tracking assistance.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers must provide accurate, complete and valid delivery addresses, postal codes and contact phone numbers at checkout. Please double-check all shipping details before submitting your order.
ARK TRADE COMPANY LIMITED accepts no liability for misdelivery, failed delivery or parcel loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by buyers. If parcels are returned to our warehouse due to address errors, the buyer shall bear all additional reshipping fees.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel goes missing or becomes untraceable during international transit, please submit a loss investigation request to our customer service within 5 days after the scheduled delivery date.
Long-distance international transport may lead to extrusion, surface scratches or packaging damage. If you receive damaged goods, please keep the original outer packaging and take clear evidentiary photos within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. Our team will conduct verification and provide suitable solutions promptly.

6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice

Each item comes with fabric care instructions suitable for different materials including cotton, polyester, linen and blended fabrics. Please follow the official guidance for wearing, cleaning and storage.

We do not accept aftersales claims for deformation, abrasion, discoloration and damage resulting from improper maintenance, unauthorized alteration or rough use.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

We offer global cross-border shipping for all apparel items. International shipments may incur import duties, customs clearance fees and other statutory charges required by destination countries.
All customs-related expenses shall be borne by the recipient. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges. We are not liable for parcel detention, customs rejection or any resulting losses caused by buyers failing to comply with local import declaration regulations.
